Quote in Great Grandpa's Bible

This Christmas, as we were reading the Christmas story, Grandma was reading from Great Grandpa's Bible and found this quote:

"Happiness is not dependent on where you are, or whom you are with, or how much you have. It is a state of the heart, a wholesome response to your surroundings, whatever they be - a sense of being a part of God's plan, and a giving of yourself to promote peace and good will. Jesus has never met an unimportant person."
